Products supplied by Kilimanjaro — including all tirzepatide pre-filled pens — are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical or developmental use by qualified professionals. They are supplied as research materials, not as finished pharmaceutical products.

02Not for human or animal consumption

These products are not for human or veterinary use and must not be ingested, injected, applied to, or otherwise introduced into the body of any human or animal. They are not food, not a supplement, and not a cosmetic. Any use in or on a living organism is strictly prohibited and is done entirely against our terms.

03No medical claims & regulatory status

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or by any comparable regulatory authority, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or health condition. No statement here should be interpreted as a therapeutic, weight-loss, or health benefit claim.

04Buyer eligibility & responsibility

By ordering you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.
• You are a qualified purchaser — a researcher, institution, or professional — acquiring these materials for legitimate research.
• You will use, handle, and store the products only in an appropriate, controlled research setting.
• You accept full and sole responsibility for the use, misuse, handling, and storage of the products after delivery.

05Handling, storage & safety

Research materials must be handled by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment and laboratory controls. Store pens as labelled and keep out of the reach of children and untrained persons. You are responsible for following all applicable safety, biosafety, and waste-disposal practices in your facility.

06Regulatory & legal compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, and use of these products is lawful in your country, state, and locality. Regulations governing research chemicals and peptides vary by jurisdiction. It is your obligation — not ours — to verify and comply with all applicable laws, licensing, and import requirements before ordering.

07No resale or redistribution for consumption

You may not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute these products for human or animal use, nor represent them as approved drugs, supplements, or therapies. Any onward supply must preserve the research-use-only status and accompanying disclaimers.

08Limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kilimanjaro and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use — or misuse — of any product. In all cases our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

09Right to refuse or cancel orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion — including where we have reason to believe the products may be intended for human consumption or any unlawful purpose — and to refund such orders.

10Acknowledgement

By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer in full, that you meet the eligibility requirements, and that you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use these products.
